- First name and last name
We want to communicate with you personally and know who is participating in an auction. Your first name is also visible to other visitors of our platform.
- Date of Birth
With this we check your age. We have an age limit and you can only bid from the age of 18.
- Phone number
So we can call you if necessary. Your phone number is also needed in the collection process in case of non-payment. We won't call you randomly to talk about those huge rainfalls last year. Only if it is really relevant and because of those rains your package could not be delivered.

Should you win an auction, of course you want to receive the item. The shipment of your parcel goes through DHL, and they usually need an address.
- Bank account number
You pay for the won auction through your own bank in a secure environment. A bank verification is also required in order to bid. This way we know that you are not a comedian and really intend to bid seriously.
- IP address
On the internet we unfortunately cannot recognize you by your glasses or beautiful blond curls. We are looking at your IP address on the Internet! This allows us to recognize you and better serve you by showing relevant content.
